FAST food is particularly popular among young children and they love fast food without knowing that eating this food regularly may bring health complication like obesity, diabetes, hypertension etc. Children do not often understand the adverse health effects of taking fast food regularly and many of them do not prefer to have regular meals. Fast food is processed with high amount of carbohydrates, sugar, salt and fat. The habit of grabbing a quick bite is becoming increasingly popular in the urban areas and so we can see a rising number of children growing up with obesity.
Fast food shops are coming up everywhere because of the rising demand and it is doing more harm than good to society. Sensing the increasing demand, businessmen are opening roadside makeshift to cater to demand of fast food enthusiasts. We should guide our children to adopt a healthy diet without eating fast foods regularly. A balanced diet means taking in all necessary nutrients in right quantity.
